I was (a bit), but it’s been pointed out to me that they might object with extreme lawyerness, so the aardvark is gone. Not sure yet what’s going to replace it.
I don’t know if they would have, actually. O’Reilly seems to be a fairly reasonable bunch. They probably would have started with nothing worse than “Hey, could you look at changing your cover? Because trademark dilution blah blah,” and then brought out the extreme lawyerness if you ignored them. Or maybe they would have offered a publishing contract… you never know.
OTOH, a bunch of people pointing out the O’Reilly connection would bolster the case for trademark dilution.

That’s my impression of them, too, but rather than provide a textbook case (heh) of the tort of passing off, I’m looking for an alternative.
