“What could go wrong?” is often a good starting point for a story. It’s also something designers need to be good at asking themselves.

I really don’t understand the use of touchscreens in automotive design. It’s critical that such systems can be reliably operated by touch and without looking. But I guess if it looks suitably futuristic…
