Even seeing the words education and automation in the same sentence HURTS, ha ha. But it’s true: education is the ultimate in open-endedness, which is where AI does not shine.
“Watson is able to answer students’ questions with 97 percent certainty” assumes that students will ask predictable questions.
But they also need to ask unpredictable questions. 🙂
