We’ve been eating a mostly vegan diet for about a year, because of my daughter’s stomach issues, and Beyond Meat is absolutely the best non-meat-meat product out there. I made meatloaf with it that was so good the carnivorous kids in the house didn’t realize it wasn’t meat. I REALLY hope they continue to create new products, because I’d be happy to stop eating meat altogether, myself.
