Locality in northern Gulfhead Province, beside the Koslin River, site of the refugee camp for Denningers fleeing the Siege of Lakeside Koslin. It was the northernmost inhabited demesne of Koskant.

The localgold, Prosperous, is a gruff man in his early sixties, with a weathered outdoor face. He is a Tried and True, but reluctantly comes to respect Victory and Determined when they offer to upgrade his port. At their oathbond ceremony, held offshore, he chokes up, remembering his own happy oathbond (he had been widowed some 12 years previously after 30 happy years).
